Welcome to The Room

By creating an account and using The Room, you agree to these terms. The Room is a private, faith-rooted community for founders, professionals and collaborators. Access is granted at the discretion of the community administrators.

Membership

• +Membership is by application only. All profiles are reviewed and approved by an administrator before access is granted.
• +The administrator reserves the right to decline, suspend or remove any membership at any time without obligation to provide a reason.
• +You may only create one account. Sharing your login credentials with others is not permitted.

Community conduct

The Room is built on trust, respect and shared values. By joining, you agree to:

• +Be respectful and professional in all interactions
• +Provide accurate and truthful information in your profile
• +Not use the platform for spam, solicitation or any form of harassment
• +Not share other members' contact details or personal information outside of The Room without their consent
• +Not misrepresent your identity, qualifications or business

Your content

You retain ownership of the content you share on your profile and in community posts. By posting content on The Room, you grant the platform a non-exclusive licence to display that content within the community for the purpose of operating the service. You may update or remove your content at any time.

Account termination

You may request to have your account deleted at any time by contacting the administrator. Upon deletion, your profile, contact information and uploaded files will be permanently removed. The administrator may also terminate accounts that violate these terms or the spirit of the community.

Limitation of liability

The Room is provided as-is. We do not guarantee the accuracy of information shared by members, nor are we responsible for the outcome of any connections, collaborations or business dealings that arise through the platform. Members interact at their own discretion and responsibility.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of The Room after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
